Lunelle is currently studying to be a Physical Therapist. “Helping people discover how strong their bodies are and teaching them how to move well and without pain has been at the core of my training style since I started working as a trainer years ago. I decided to go back to school to become a Physical Therapist as I am interested in combining my fitness training with physical therapy so that I can work with patients in a clinical setting no just in the gym. As a dancer and personal trainer, I have learned that wellness and movement go beyond physical strength and appearance. It is necessary to comprehend how the various systems of the body work together and have personally seen how this knowledge affects a person’s confidence and health-related decisions. Unfortunately, there is a large amount of misinformation about physical health out there and I want to be that voice and the experience that helps people learn and understand and achiever their individual goals. The grant has been a much-needed donation to help me pay for my education. Because I am enrolled in an accelerated program, I cannot work full-time, so this grant has helped me cover the expenses for food, school supplies, and tuition. There are guardian angels in the world who come to your aid and push you along the road of life. Thank you for the push! I can hardly wait for the day when I am in a position to pay it forward and help someone else in need.”
