Karen has is at the Grand Canyon University (GCU) and is a junior/senior studying for a Bachelors in Applied Management.

“My main focus for volunteer work is working with veterans. That is why I want to focus my MBA in human resources to be able to help veterans find a place to belong after their military service. Too many get lost in the shuffle.”

“I know it is a cheesy answer but I want to help change the world. And I feel very blessed to be able to do that with the company that I work for trying to fight against student loan debt. I want to continue to grow in my position and help others that may not have a college education be able to have a meaningful career where they can take care of themselves and their families.”
