Allisson is a high school graduate who hopes to use her families experience with poor financial management and the stress that caused and help others to avoid that stress.

“The biggest obstacle that I had to overcome to get a higher education was coming back to the U.S. I spent most of my childhood in a small rural town my Mexico where its access to education after elementary school wasn’t the best. When I was in 3rd grade my mom made the decision of bringing me back to the U.S so I could get better access to a good education. I had to learn the English language while trying to keep up with my peers. Fortunately I received a lot of help from the school, I honestly don’t know yet exactly what impact I want to have in the world, what I do know is that I want to get a degree in business so I will be able to help people manage their finances better and take away their financial stress of having to organize them and keep them in track away or at least decrease it a bit.”
