Henry works at the Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellow at Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera, California. He completed his medical school education at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine and his pediatric residency training at the Jackson/University of Miami Pediatric Residency Program in order to take care of kids in need.
“My nontraditional pathway had many obstacles (personal and professional) that influenced my progress. The passing of my mother during my residency training was the most impactful and one that continues to shape me presently. While it created a moment of profound sadness, it was also a moment that strengthened my resolve and dedication towards accomplishing my mission with the inspiration my mother provided me to impact, motivate and inspire the next generation of children towards innovation, curiosity and wellness amongst their community but also to foster greater representation of underrepresented voices in various professional realms”
Henry hopes to continue to take care of every child he can so that they can experience the possibility of a brighter future.
